I posted a message a week ago regarding the use of Nitrous oxide on my brand-new ZZ 502. I had several responses to the questions I had asked but one response struck me as extremely curious. Response quoted using an external fuel cell to inject the carburetor while using the nitrous if I understood correctly. I am having a little difficulty locating information on remote fuel/nitrous kits. Any response in reference to this question would be greatly appreciated, and also I still remain quite skeptical as to whether or not I want to do this strictly from a safety standpoint as a regards to my new engine and the obvious potential of engine damage. It may be quite harmless, but I am a very lay person as it relates to this topic.
The ZZ's are hit or miss on assembly quality. I would not put any NOS to a new one. I would be sure to get it good and broke in before I put spray on it. At least 2000 miles.
Remote fuel tank with good gas and its own fuel pump is common set up. Ensures under a hit that enough fuel is getting to the engine.

The remote fuel system for the nitrous is common with carberater setups.
when you inject nutrous you also have to inject more fuel so you have two options, use the current fuel tank along with the current lines and pump to supply the added fuel or a complete separate fuel setup. The better option is to have an entire separate fuel system to support the added fuel flow. This setup would consist of lines to the injection nozzle along with a pump and fuel cell.
When using a dedicated fuel supply it allows you to have a few advantages over just pulling from the factory fuel system. You can have your own fuel supply filled with a higher octane fuel to feed the fuel solenoid of the nitrous system. This will allow you to reduce detonation in the combustion chamber and making the tune a little bit safer. Increased octane also allows you to make a little more power opposed to pump gas as you can increase the ignition timing slightly over that of pump gas. We do have dedicated fuel systems on our website. We do not have one vehicle specific your the C3 though. You could look into a universal dedicated supply for your fueling needs when using a nitrous system. I have posted a link below.
