Flunk Emissions Testing?
I flunked twice on CO emissions and was just guessing on adjustments.
Finally I mail-ordered a GasTester Digital, made in jolly ole' England, from this guy in Florida: http://www.gastester.com
Tell you what; it works. I'm way impressed that for $150 I don't have to guess anymore on any of my cars and motorcycles...
I passed yesterday by a wide margin, and my car runs great.
