I went to their website as you suggested and the OP needs to buy the PCV with grommets to fit the hole already in the valve cover...both openings have baffles from the instructions:
Baffles Installed
YES
Breathers Included
Push w/ Grommets (PCV available upon request)
Twist w/ No Grommet (496 and Yenko 427)

Somebody that I know has a set for sale but when I looked at them they only had the filler cap twist holes and it looked like maybe you were supposed to drill your own PCV holes in the flat spots but there were no baffles on the inside in those locations. My guess was that one twist hole was for the filler cap, the other for a breather and you had to make your own PCV hole.
that's a possibility but cant you find out who manufactured the covers?
They look identical to these ones but I'll have to check if there is any manufacturer markings. I don't even know for sure if they would clear the alternator.

Do you have a brake booster? That for sure would be a issue.
