My 77 has a wooden/aluminium steering wheel with NARDI engraved on the aluminium. Its really nice apart from the top where the sun has caused the varnish to delaminate a little.
Can anybody give me some background these steering wheels. What are they worth and suggestions re either repair or replacement
Nardi wheels were expensive aftermarket wheels that most Porshe and Jag ownere put on their cars until the onset of airbags. They were very pricey new, but usually sell used for around 80-100 depending on condition.
I use a Grant Mahogany wheel on my Vette and get many compliments. I don't know what to tell you a bout repairing that one though.
