Found a little snotty/water inside valve cover. Does that always mean blown head gasket, I do live in Washington where we have gotten a lot of rain and the car has not been driven for awhile only started a few times in the last few months

check your dipstick, it shouldnt have much down there, it would if youve been pumping it out of your head gasket
