Default Power Window Wiring Removal

How do I remove the wiring harness portion feeding the power window motor(s) in the door(s) of my 1970 Coupe without ruining the seals or flexible tubing between the door and body ?

So with a hint from a forum member I had success ! Removing the connector from the wires to the PW motor and freeing the cable rubber chase ( with a long thin blade standard screwdriver) between the body and door allowed the wires to pass easily.
Bubba did make my decision real easy on harness replacement as he somehow spliced the wiring so it actually landed within the rubber chase on the drivers door side.
And of course both rubber cable chases/tubes were torn, so those will be replaced too.
Having the windows UP will aid immensely to the wire removal.

It worked for awhile

Original 1970 Passenger side motor I believe.

the new ones are super easy to put back in as well, no need to use a driver or anything that might scratch paint.
