68 Engine Problems

I'm trying to help a friend so please bear with me. He has a 383 stoker with a MDS ignition, Accel ECU and distributor. Holly bought them out and he's having problems finding software to work with the Accel ECU. He's having trouble getting a distributer cap and rotor to give it a tune. Is there any options other than buying a complete new ignition/computer system?
