Default Misfire help needed

Changed the oil pressure sending unit (not working). Now my OP gauge works but terrible missfire from engine. Checked all plug wires, cap, etc. and cant see anything wrong. Suggestions? By the way fuel pump power supply was rerouted by BUBBA prior to my purchase.=if that makes any difference.

What year? HEI? Points? DO the basic stuff first- make sure all the plug wires are on the plugs and on the correct plug.

Get a spray bottle, mix up a few drops of dish soap and water, then with the engine at idle, mist the plug wires from the cap to the plugs. If there's a problem with the wires, it'll show up.

Have you checked the computer for an error code?

figure out which cylinder is misfiring first. pull off wires one at a time if you can't tell by sound. then work backwards from that cylinder. plug, wire, cap, rotor, etc.
