IIRC they are called push nuts. A good hardware store will have them. I think they will be 1/8". Your hood emblems are the same thing, look at those for reference. I put my Corvette emblem on before mounting the bumper cover.

I'm guessing that you don't have the original nuts, so just an FYI - mine also had a metal plate that goes on the back side of the bumper (in case you're missing that too). The plate is about 1" x whatever the length of the emblem is. As SH-60B stated, push nuts (or maybe speed nuts)...I think I just dug thru my bucket of hardware until I found something that would work...
