Hoods And Scoops (Picture)
Can this scoop be installed on a regular hood to achieve the L88 look or is it necessary to buy the entire hood?

I molded the eckler L88 scoop to my stock small block hood. Looks just like the aftermarket L88 only better :) My original hood fit perfectly so after seeing too many so so fitting hoods the decision was easy.
Be very carefull when buying the scoop, I returned 2 from different vendors that were a joke. I finally ordered it from Eckler, yes it was three times as much as the ones I sent back...but you get what you pay for and it fit the contours of the factory hood almost perfectly :cheers:

For that price I think I'd just buy the whole hood from Ecklers.
