1st time C3 owner
I bought a 1977 C3 with a 377 De-stroker , have been working on frontend rebuilt it myself, and now tacklin the wiring, fixed the power windows, can't figure out how to get dome light to turn off, and yes I have used the **** still stays on

Interior lamp switches [in the door jam] have power to them all the time, when a door is opened the switch closes allowing the voltage to ground. There is a chance that a switch has failed, out of adjustment or the hot wire is grounded. A forum member 'papawana' here, contact him and he will forward you a wiring diagram. T

Not so good at this myself. In the right upper corner just under your name is the search forums. Type in 'wiring diagrams' click the spy glass and up pops the info. 'Papawana' is on the top of list. Click on his post and tell him what year you need diagram for. Also Dr. Rebuild sells plastic laminated colored diagrams, they are the cats rear. T
