Default Holley Help !!!

PLEASE Help me Carb Gurus !!!
A little backstory.....

I recently discovered that my Quadrajet has a crack in baseplate.
Which xplains my carb problems.
Anyway,
I got myself a Holley 4165(Spreadbore) 650 -CHEAP
and I'm stripping it down but wanna check I have all the bits
in my Holley rebuild kit (someone had previously opened it)
so some things aren't in their bags.

My question....
Can anyone identify this (Float) Needle and Seat Assembly ??
The needle is stamped 664. Nothing anywhere else
The new ones (from Holley rebuild kit) are stamped 515- I think.
I really need glasses LOL.
And are these the right ones for me...1974 L-82 350.

Thanks & Cheers,
Gav

Hi Gav. I just purchased a brand new 4165. If you need a picture of anything, let me know. I'm not going to take anything apart, but if you need to know how something is supposed to look on the outside, let me know.

Thanks, Mate. Will do.
Just kinda puzzled with these numbers.
Can't find any reference to them anywhere.

I recently rebuilt a 4165 800 dp. It was a 6212 that I put on 6211 bowls.

While I can't help much with the numbers, as long as you have the quadrajet replacement bowls, as opposed to the dual feed bowls, you should have a side hung, non adjustable needle and seat like this one https://www.summitracing.com/parts/h...FZWNswod0lcFmA

you need a 6-511 needle and seat for the primary side and a 6-510 for the secondary side. Those numbers you have are meaningless subassembly numbers.
The primary assembly is .101 and the secondary is .110.
In addition there were many list#s for the 4165 series of carburetors so without that number nobody can tell you if it is correct for a 74 L-82. The list# is on the airhorn.

The numbers on the airhorn are
6210-3 and 2162.

the 6210-3 is for 65 to 70 Chevrolets which only means it will not pass emissions requirements for 74. The carburetor is a 650 CFM compared to the original Quadrajet which was 750 CFM.
