Default Idler arm castle nut torque spec?

Thank you in advance. I just installed a new MOOG K6100 idler arm on my 1975 and the MOOG chat helper said I only had to tighten the castle nut as tight as needed to allow for the cotter pin to be properly installed in the castle nut. I did this in addition to installing the "felt" washer on the idler arm ball joint where it intersects the center link. Does this ring true, or is there a torque spec somewhere? The old ball joint was a real PITA to break loose so I'm thinking either it was overtorqued or tightened up/settled over time or I'm missing something. New one seems seated OK but I did not give me much trouble tightening down to the cotter pin hole on the castle nut and the "felt" washer they provided did not compress too much. I also added two pumps grease and was told to drive it a little and then regrease...
