1969 Wiper Relay Valve location
Hey, new to C3's. I picked up 69' Convertible a few weeks back, and I am trying to wrap up some of the items the previous owner hadn't gotten around to. I see various diagrams and photos for vacuum routing. In some, I see a wiper relay valve mounted to the firewall next to the brake booster, and in others, this valve appears to be located in the passenger fender well. What determines this location? It appears mine is supposed to be in the fender well, but just want to confirm.
