1979 l48 starting issue
My 79 l48 turns over and starts fine when cold. After it has been driven and warms up, it cranks over slow but will start. It shows charging at 14.5 when running. Anyone have an idea if this is a starter problem? Or could it be solenoid, battery, or an alternator causing this?

It could be several things, but I'd start by checking the ground at the starter, then the battery ground at the frame. Make sure both connections are clean and tight and make sure the cables are not swollen. If they are swollen they are full of corrosion and the corrosion inside can cause resistance.
It could be the starter solenoid, but I doubt it and you might check the timing.
