Maybe it's just me, but something doesn't look right about that car.
Especially the inside. My '73 speedo looks different than his. Different
printing and his also show kph. Why the '76 steering wheel?
Also the center gauges look different on his car as compared to mine.
Unleaded fuel??? In 1973???
Dale in Badgerland.
Far from stock, with lots of nice performance upgrades.
This would be a decent deal for someone that doesn't care to do any of
the work that this guy has done.
IMO overpriced - but not by too much.

He put in guages from a newer C3. :)
It's a really nice car. Should be interesting to watch the auction and see if he pulls that kind of money out of it.

Re: Nice '73 on eBay (joevette57)
I thought that convertibles had the pins in the doors at the top. Kind of a cone shaped thing on car and pin that goes inside the cone on the door. I guess this there to keep the door lines correct.
Any way very good looking car I think.
As the proud owner of a 73 ragtop I felt I had to comment. First of all a real nice looking car. However, the interior looks like a later year, the door guides are missing and overall I think the price too high for this combination. You could get a more correct car for that kind of cash.
I was wondering about this car, if it had sold or not, so went back and looked. He did not get one bid on the car. Guess his value of the car was more then car buyers value.
