You should be in the C4 section for more knowledgeable help, but I did a quick google check and that's an AC Delco part number. The GM part number is apparently as folllows:
GM#16088751 AC Delco 15-71773
It looks to be readily available at various sources, just google by gm part number and acdelco part number.
