rubber of poly trans mount?

I replaced my original rubber mount with an Energy Suspension poly mount along with their poly motor mounts. Don't notice any difference between rubber and poly.

Poly is not solid so it will isolate vibrations like mine do. You will hear more negative comments on poly vs rubber. I have poly bushings throughout my car and don't have any complaints whatsoever. So, pick your poison, lol.

My 75 Vert had solid motor mounts with a poly trans mount when I bought it. I can't say I felt anymore vibration than normal.
I'm putting a new poly mount on the trans and reusing the solid motor mounts. Front end is all poly and I'm using poly body bushings as well.
