The four speed is easy. Just put a jack under the tranny, remove the mounting plate bolted to the crossmember so it can be removed, then unbolt the rubber mount from the trans. I haven't done an auto before, so not sure if it's different.

Easy. Put a board under the trans pan (no dents) and use a floor jack to raise it a bit. Then remove two inner bolts that hold the trans mount to the cross member bracket. Raise the jack a little more and remove the outter bolts that hold the trans mount to the trans tail. Be very careful removing and installing these bolts. The trans tail is aluminum and the holes strip easily. I stripped one when I re-installed the bolts becasue dirt was on the threads. :mad Use some anti-seize one the bolts and use the proper torque. I don't remember the torque spec and I don't have my AIM with me.

No big deal. Just don`t jack the car up by the tranny. Like someone said go easy on the part that the tranny mounts to.
