They are as rare as hens teeth and nobody is re-popping them. I have the CB option on my 82 and over the years collected various parts like the antenna load at the end which is actually an integral part of the antenna to go up/down let alone the adjustment for SWR of CB antenna portion.
I found a NOS complete in the box 82 CB antenna for sale about 15 years ago or so and waited a day later than I should to pull the trigger on it and it sold the day before, could have kicked myself for that one at $155. Good luck on your search. Shoot me a PM if you find a source.
