This is Strange....
1970 with automatic. This issue just came out of no where. When I turn my parking or headlights on the left blinker light in the speedo lights up and stays constant.
Using the turn signals, the light blinks as normal. All the exterior lights operate as they should as well as the emergency flasher.
Searching for any similar problem does not seems to give any clues.
Any tips for troubleshooting would be appreciated.

i agree with '75. I had that same problem on the right side of my vette.

Start by looking at the lit up parking lights and tail lights. See if one is a lot brighter than the others (could be associated with an oddball filament contact issue). Anyway, make note of that, eyeball the lamps to see if you can notice anything abnormal, and replace them anyway.
Light them up again and see if it made any difference. If good, ok, if not, then troubleshooting can continue from there.

The light on the dash will always tell you which side your issue is on too..
I'd check the parking lamp jumper harness.. They like to corrode at the connection between the jumper and the forward lamp harness.
