'71 Blower Resister
Might someone have the resister specs for a '71, w/out A/C? Have to change heater core and no way am I ever gone take this thing back apart if at all possible. It LOOKS ok, but the car is new to me and the heater blower doesn't seem to have all the speeds.
It is a very simple resister with only 2 coils.

Your 71 non-ac car's heater core can be done from the engine side of the firewall. You don't have to take apart the interior. I did my '72 last year and removed what was needed from the firewall. It actually took me about 1 and a half hours because I cleaned everything up inside the heater before I put it all back together. Save yourself the headache and do it from the engine side.
