The bracket bolts to the differential and then has a rubber bushing to the frame. If you broke the differential one, eBay. If the one that attaches to the frame maybe eBay, contemporary corvette, or Dinos corvette salvage.

Ouch how the heck did that happen?

I cant see how the existing can't be welded up or fixed! Unless it rotted off from rust somehow! Maybe someone was drag racing and put a Ford 9 inch or something back then? If you have a car for reference and can weld, it shouldn't be a difficult repair with the diff out!

rear-end is out of the car for half shaft seal replacement at the local corvette shop. he called me and I looked at it, cried but soon got over it. Not rusted out just torn and mangled. Actually prob a good thing this was found sooner than later. I had just replaced manual trans mount which had separated. After this fix I'm done for awhile...

I have seen some butchering, from an old rusted up bolt that someone could remove! Sounds like you have it handled!

This typically happens when a poly bushing is run in place of the stock rubber. I've repaired this many times over the years where the bracket actually rips away from the crossmember.

I have some used brackets here, but for the OP, it's probably best to just get new.

I run mine a "little" hard sometimes. My Dana 60 IRS setup bolts to stock mounts. I was using a poly bushing and found that it had punched through the frame bracket like a whole punch! Perfectly round cutout.

I made a new frame mount out of 3/16" steel.

Even if you just drive them a little hard they'll still do this with the poly.

had the local corvette guy fix this. Man it was mangled. He removed a bracket from another rear end in good shape and welded on. turned out great, got rid of some clanks and rattles I was hearing. I went and look over everything while it was apart, diff gears looked great. Thx for posting.
