Pullin the body

Pullin the body
Body mount bolts no. 4, rear-most bolts on both sides, stuck. Tried impact gun, extra long breaker bar, soaked in WD40 (but can't get on threads) and I still can't get them loose. Any tricks? Bob 72 roadster

You tried an impact gun and the bolt didn't spin ? There is a captured nut up inside the back rear corner of the cargo area and that the cage is riveted to the body glass ,usually the 2 rivets pull out and the whole lot spins around , (mine did anyway) .
Without a pic I'm guessing its all rusted together I'e steel shim plate(s) ,bolt shank and the metal re-enforcing plate.

you can see what's left of my 77 no.4 there's the captured nut still on the bolt shank , the cage that ripped cleanly out of the glass when I tried to turn it and the hacksaw cut to separate the bolt , what you cant see is the hammer and punch I used to knock the bolt up into the car and clear of all that mess.
Edit, just saw yours is a roadster , can you see the bolt/nut from the top ?

Just a note of caution. Keep a fire extinguisher near by when there is a potential for sparks. I used a sawzall when I removed mine. One cage nut removed itself, the other I have yet to deal with.
Good Luck
