If you are working on the passenger side (the right side) then it looks like the STAR adjuster is facing the wrong way.

Rubber or stainless brake line should not have a bulge.
With the tire off and no lug nuts to hold the rotor, it will wobble.

Thanks. I pulled the entire parking brake mechanism out, so there's nothing there now. Also, thanks for the clarification on the wobble. I guess the next step is to take the rotors apart again to see if I have a loose caliper bolt or something like that.

I had a similar scraping noise and found one of the parking brake drums was out of round (the disc run out was fine). Machined the drum to true it and no more noise.
