My blower pushes good air but only at high speed dose not change when switch is moved, lo > hi or hi > lo, same speed. I checked the resistor cleaned contact where wires plug onto. I read where some felt there problems was the relay???
I know I thought at one point the blower should not run all the time. like when you switch to off, but I was told it is made to run all the time and it says that in the owners manual.
Anyway back to the speed control switch and check fuses. Tomorrow.
Took the relay off and opened it up to check points, NEW. not surprising they are new.
configuration is a little different, the wire harness comes from Lectric limited. Relay from Cor. Am. should not make a difference. Orange Black

Red Dark blue
A/C BLO Res. Conn. is good and clean. also new.
All connections are attached to new harness from Lectric Limited.
In looking over the Willcox page/Diagram, The only item I do not remember hooking is an Idle stop switch ??? is this a required item to make it work????
Heater control blower switch is the speed control switch as shown in the diagram.
A little reading on the subject and I find the idle speed solenoid function is to maintain idle when at stop in traffic while A/C is on. ( I had not thought of this, will look into it)
So this function is not related to the A/C blower speed problem nor has a direct effect on the Blower speed switch, Relay, Resistor.
While assembling the carburetor / auto choke I needed ignition hot for choke to work I went to the A/C blower Resistor wires for this wire.
Last night thinking that may cause a direct link to my problem, today, I will find another wire connection for the choke.
