Hello, this is my first post as I recently acquired an 81 corvette. Can anyone help me with this? I've searched and searched for days but no luck.
My car has a digital dash, now I have seen a few aftermarket gauge kits for this car that look similar to mine but not quite. All of the aftermarket that I can find have a digital odometer while mine does not, also the bars around the RPM and MPH color match the digits where mine are green. Also the PCB of the aftermarket are green while mine look like very early tan PCB.
I can find no option for a digital dash but that doesn't stop GM from doing a limited production run. Also this car is a 4 speed, not sure if that makes a difference, previous owner said there were only 60 other cars like it.
Bottom line, is this really stock? Or would I need to pull them out to check the PCB for markings?

Your 81 came with analogue gauges. GM never offered digital gauges that year.
Thank you for the reply, I finally seemed to scrounge up a bit of info about them. I guess the company was called 2001 technologies INC when my particular set was produced, they are now called Intellitronix
