Torque Converter to Flex Plate Torque Setting

I hope you can help, the torque converter has just three bolts (3/8" thread width X 0.5" thread length) securing it to the flex plate (no nuts).
Thread locker is recommended but I am a little confused by the various specs I have seen for the torque setting to use on these bolts, I have seen 30 ft lbs and 60 ft lbs.
Any views welcome.
Kind regards
Paul
