T-Top CB Antenna Mount
I purchased some 1977 and 1978 copies of a magazine called Corvette Corner on ebay. I noticed that two different companies made CB antenna mounts that mount between the t-top panels. One is advertised as being able to be used with the t-tops on or off the car. I am the Arkansas 2003 Caravan leader and would like to have this type of mount for communications during the caravan. Does anyone know about this type of antenna or have one they can send me pictures of so that I can fabricate one?

Yeah, it is pretty neat. It would use all the metal around the tops for the ground plane and be mounted up high to pick up the signal easily. It wouldn't be hard to figure out how to make one that screws in but these were advertised as mouning without drilling holes. And they could be used with or without the T-tops on the car.
