Default Leaks

Hopefully you guys can help me identify where this leak may be coming from. I've already put a lot of sealant around the window pillar base and brackets for the doors and I'm still getting leaks on the driver side. Any idea where they can be coming from?

My guess is a hole in the windshield frame. You can look by removing the interior plastic part around the windshield. I have similar issues with rust in this area, but have not addressed it.

Well the seal for the window trim was gone and whatever was left was a powder. I cleaned that up and shot some silicone sealant in there and the passenger side is not leaking at all. The driver side is still leaking, I can look up and actually see where the water was coming in. I thought I had sealed all that on the outside but I guess not. Would it hurt to seal it on the inside if I can get to it with the gauges out? Or will that trap water and make the problem worse?

Any ideas where I can look for outside of the car to keep this spot from leaking?
