Any manifold will work as long as it's no taller than your stock manifold.

To measure the height of your stock manifold remove the carburetor, lay a straight edge on the carburetor mounting surface, then measure the height from the rear "china wall" to the bottom of the straight edge. Then when you go manifold shopping pick a manifold that is no taller than your stock manifold. All of the aftermarket manifolds list their rear heights.

You don't need to remove the throttle linkage, fuel line, kick-down cable and all that crap just to measure. That's the hard way. Go to Edelbrocks web site, click on intakes for SBC. There you see the carb pad height for several units. Look at the 2101 height. Write that number down. Now look at other options and pad heights.

What all this boils down to is using a "drop-base air-cleaner". Then, you can run some really decent mid-rise height intakes, but no high rise with std hood. Look at Summit or Jegs for the air cleaners. I believe you will want about 1 1/2" drop? I don't remember. Also, for comparing performance, carb pad ht and prices, Google: Edelbrock Air Gap 7501 H.P. comparision. You will find some dyno test runs of the three height catagories: Low-rise, Medium Rise and High Rise in dual planes.

you have limited selection to fit under a stock corvette hood.
I would suggest you retain your original intake, and have the carb. rebuilt properly.
just that will wake up your performance, and you will retain your original parts.
