When I start the engine on my 427 one of the belts squeals. After the engine warms up it goes away. How do I tighten the belt? Should I replace it? Believe it’s the fan belt.
what is the OP's definition of a fan belt, there are probably multiple belts on the fan/water pump pulley.
If I'm not mistaken the belt between the crank and the fan/water pump pulley is NOT adjustable on a 427 and would need replacing.
If a potential buyer is on his way over to look at your car, then and only then is it permisable to use a bar of soap.
Belts squeal when they slip. Soap just helps it slip more because soap is a lubricant, duh. Next thing you know your waterpump is overheating, the PS slips and the battery is no longer charging. Do it right! Replace them all.

Correct. I would replace all of the belts with ones that are good quality.
Use belt dressing as shown below. On my '77 Eldorado, once they went to 1 belt from 2 in driving that huge A6 A/C compressor, I could not get the squeal to go away with a new belt and proper tightening. This cured it.
However, the #1 cause of belt squealing, as mentioned by others, is a loose belt. Make sure that is not the issue first.
Also pay attention the the angle of the "V" and the depth it goes into the pulley. If the angle is not the same as the pulley then the belt can slip causing squeal.
