Default Help - How to remove shifter cable from shifter bracket
I am restoring a 76' corvette and noticed that the shifter cable was broken so I ordered a new one and am removing the old one. I got it off the shifter itself, I removed it from under the car but how do I remove it from this bracket?

I figured it out, there a clip that you have to pry pretty hard on with a flat head that slides out and allows the cable to go through the hole.
