Can anyone help me?
My mechanic said he only lacks two parts having everything in order to switch my 81 from auto to four speed. I think these parts are discontinued from GM.
#1 Part# 14020845 - Brake pedal and pin assembly with spring
#2 Part# 475390- Bracket on frame. Holds cross shaft to motor
These parts would be easy to locate from a wrecked 80-81 four speed. Haven't been able to find one however. I can get a better description of these parts monday if needed. Thanks for any info. :chevy

Zips shows reconditioned brake pedal for manual transmissioned cars '74-'81 part #U-189 $45.
Cross-shaft bracket(bolt-on)'78-81,part #CL-206 $12.50. Can't tell you if either are in stock. Hope that helps.

Thanks guys for the help. I called contemporary corvettes and they don't sell individual parts, only conversion kits at 850.00$. :eek: They said this included everything to make a changeover. The salesman was very nice and helpful though. I'll call zip in the morning and see if they have what im looking for. Don't know yet how this project will go, cost or headache wise. Once it's started i'll post on it's progression. Again, thanks guys.
