Default Powder Coating

I'm interested in having a set of wheels powder coated. Has anyone had this done? Any advice? Where did you have it done? What's the cost (if you don't mind me asking...)?

Thanks,
Sam

I had mine done, brought them in sandblasted, and they baked on silver, then baked on metallic. I like the way it turned out, the stuff is really tough. Cost me 250, chances are there is someone who does powder coating in your area, look in your local phone book in the spray painting section as well as powder coating. I'm lucky there is a place right here where I live called Diamond spray and Powder Coating. The guy that owns it is a gearhead and usually gives pretty good deals to other gear heads. He also did my frame. One bad thing about powder coating: your color selections are quite limited.

Just had all the window trim and rocker panels done. $60.00 It looks great. I'll probably do the rear end pieces next. The shop I found was listed under powder coating in the yellow pages. Stop by shop that does restoration work and they should be able to give you a recomendation of who to use.
