I'm looking for my turn signal flasher. I've searched the forum and read where it's supposed to be under the dash on the passenger side but I can't find it. I've taken the glove box out and have been all up in there but no flasher. Passenger blinker was working but has stopped. Hazards still work. Is it in a diffetent location on a 82? Nothing I read specified the 82. Thanks!

Both the Hazard and Turn Signal flasher are on the fuse box, drivers side under dash. Hazard is the top left corner and Turn Signal is the bottom right. Best thing to do is get a GM Service Manual for a 36 year old car. It's worth its weight in gold and well worth the money.
Yes, only passenger side blinker is not working but both sides flash with hazards. Think it might not be a flasher? When I turn the blinker on, the lights come on but don't flash.

I bad lamp or socket can do that. Check them all first.

Everything I've read on the forum says the flasher is on the passenger side. I looked at the fuse panel and saw one flasher at the top corner. I didn't see a similar flasher bottom.right. there is a yellow plastic piece. The flasher modules look the same, right?

I thought maybe I was wrong so I got out my 82 vette GM Shop Manual...It's in the GM manual plain as day where they are located. Get a 82 GM Service/Shop Manual.

You are absolutely right! I replaced that flasher on the bottom right and it fixed my problem. Thanks for clarifying! Most posts I read stated the flasher that controls the blinker is on the passenger side but it's not...at least not on an 82.
