Im willing to change this plate but I cant find this on-line in order to buy it. It got some rust on it.

Nightwolf,
Welcome to the forum! Where are you located?
Are you considering replacing the "spindle"? This is the part with the five wheel studs sticking out. I can see no reason to replace the one in your picture unless it is bent. A little surface rust is very common on this part. Go to eBay and type in 1979 Corvette rear spindle. You can find this part there usually for between $100 and $150 US. Please feel free to share more information.
Good Luck, Greg

FWIW: what you have looks okay to me. Is there physical damage we cannot see in the pic?

Hi NightWolf and welcome... if the bolts/studs work fine and it is just the appearance of rust that bothers you, use a wire brush, or some steel wool with WD40 or another thin lubricant, and brush it clean. Just keep lube away from the brakes. Most of our cars have some surface rust on the spindles like this. Not a problem.

The spindle as you said is not bent. It just have some rust so I thought I should change it in order not to get in trouble. if you dont see its a problem than I feel a bit quiter now...

That spindle looks very good unless there is some damage I cannot see. Most of the spindles I have seen after pulling the rotor have more rust than this. I little work with a wire wheel and some steel wool and that will look like new.
