My 1969 has (16 yo) 225 x 70 x 15" tires. I was planning on changing to 215 x 70 x 15's. Alignment is perfect with the current tires and I don't want to mess with the alignment. Would alignment be effected with the change in tire size. FWIW, I'd be going from Dunlops to Bridgestone. Thanks, Fred
Fred, I understand that 15 inch tires are very limited as to choices and quality. But going to less tread on the road than the car was sold with is not the correct direction. At some point back in the 1980's I saw the end of performance tires in 15 inch and I jumped up to 17 inch
No alignment change when you change tires.
At least these tires are rated A traction and A temp.
