Need CoC papers for LT-III wheels
I have an urgent problem, I need CoC papers or anything else that shows the compliance of the LT-III wheels from ET-Mags.
Does anyone have anything?
Thanks in advance

We dont have the concept of "compliance" over here, exactly what do you mean and what does Coc mean? You could also contact the manufacturer,
http://www.etmags.com/contact_us.html . Danke.

CoC is "Certificate of Compliance". Heavy aircraft we see them all the time. States that the manufacturer has produced the part per OEM specs.

More likely trying to pass the TUV vehicle inspection in Germany and they a questioning the aftermarket wheels.

Most likely intrusive government regulations in his country, where he has to prove the wheels are roadworthy via inspection and "papers". Leave the liberals in this country take over, and we too can have that here in the U.S.

You are right, the reason are our laws here in Germany.
You have to have papers for anything you mount to the car. For every aftermarket light, springs, brake hoses or anything that has to do with safety. Even luggage racks.
It´s urgent because it should have been done months ago (there were always other problems) and I have booked and payed a 2 week trip with the car. So I must have it on the road within the next week.

your best bet is probably to contact ET Wheels directly.

But honestly, US aftermarket manufacturers probably won't care about TUV compliance much because the market so small for them.

From the ET web site - "All of our E-T Wheels have been tested to meet or exceed SAE, JWL and DOT standards."
You really need to call them to see if they can email or fax their data sheets to see if it meets the standards you require.

Scott from ET sent me a kind of CoC I pre-designed for him.
I really hope our official are happy with that.
Over here this won´t be possible without the approval of an govermental institution
on the paper, because everyone could just write this.
Keep your fingers crossed...

Since SAE (Society of Automobile Engineers) is international, I am hoping their standards will be approved by your official.
