Motion hood for a '69.
Does anybody have a source for a Baldwin/Motion style hood for my '69? It looks like it's got the '67 big block scoop on a shark hood. the only one i've seen so far is Eckler's '73 style that goes all the way to the windshield. I want to keep the wiper door, though.

I believe this is a combination L88 hood with a stinger scoop grafted on top . I have never seen this hood for sale in the aftermarket, but it looks like it would be easy to make.

Try Legendary Cars. I talked w/ them about 2 years ago ... I spoke w/ a guy named Larry ... friendly, helpful ... KNEW his stuff! They make (they manufacture, not just resell) a wide range of vette hoods/other things. Seem to recall they make both short & long shark hoods w/ stinger. If you need a non-prod combo ... they might arrange a ready-to-run "marriage." Give em a shout.

Someone on the east coast owns the B-M molds now and charges something like $1500 per hood. I don't remember the name, but maybe it will come to me. :smash:
