Mine is dark brown with white exterior. I thought about a combination similar to this but with doeskin or saddle so it would make the carpet lighter, the carpet on the panels lighter and may use the same for the seat covers. Wish there wa a program I could use to paly with these thoughts.
Bill :D
I like your concept. The only change I would make would be a red steering wheel. I believe you described it to me at the last Clairemont Cruisers show. I have been kicking around the idea of a black carpet set in my Pace. What do you think?
Black is allways an acceptable cop out for not bothering to match the original color, it's what I do....I think it's perfectly fine....
then again, IMO, I absolutely hate the fireengine red interiors...burgundy is ok, but that bright red looks like a horsehouse....
My '60 vette had a black interior, red exterior, black scoops....
and it looked good....those other vettes with red interiors....NO I would never have bought the car....
Funny you posted that though. Hopefully this winter I'm going to change the doors, and dash BACk to Saddle from black. My car has almost new BLACK carpet & seats that I'm not going to change. I think the contrast works.
