This is starting to be fun......
Most of you will know that the original Rallye wheel, in 1967, was 6" wide.
For over 30 years, I've been running 8" wide 1969 Rallye wheels with 1967 centres.
As part of the complete rebuild (no I didn't say restoration ;) ), I decided to get a little more rubber to the ground.
Tada......
Top wheel......10"
Bottom wheel......8"
Why the wrench on the new wheel? Well that's representing the width of the original 1967 wheel........exactly 6".
Tomorrow morning.............tires.

Awesome. I have been debating on going with 10 in rallyes on the back myself. Is the offset different...will they sit further in or push further out. I would love to go with them but don't want to add fender flares.

Backspace on '69 Rallye 8" - 4.125"
Backspace on Rallye 10" - 5.125"
That should mean 1" extra inside and out.

http://www.wheelvintiques.com/ (but through a Canadian distributor). They are identical to factory wheels. I'll have photos of them with trim rings and centres after I get the tires mounted. The Canadian price was $155 each, but that's Canuck bucks and includes all the cross-border nonsense.

How far will it stick out? Sometimes it looks kinda cheesey when they stick out beyond the fenderwell. Thats my opinion. But who am I? Nobody
