Default Halloween cruise in decorating ideas

There is a halloween cruise in coming up near here designed to attract trick or treaters. Kym wants to take the vette up there and decorate it for the event. She has some of the usual spooky props and such. She also mentioned wanting to use dry ice for fog effect along with some type of green lighting to match the car color. Has anyone ever used one of those transformers that plug into the cig lighter? My plan is to get some of that cheap 110v rope lighting in green and tape it up under the frame. Ill get there early to set it up. Then have dry ice fog emmiting from underneath the car thru the green lighting. My q is, when using the transformer plugged into cig lighter12v, what is a safe limit of 110 voltage that can be drawn? Im sure 110v rope lighting doesnt draw a great deal of voltage. Anyone have any other neat decorating ideas that we might consider using? Thanks in advance for any help or other ideas. Will post a pic after the event.

You could always use this as an excuse to drop in a 502 and put on a big block hood and go as a big block 73 :jester
