Default HELP I need a price by Mon night

I looked at a 69 yesterday and told the guy I would make an offer by Monday. Please let me know what you think this is worth?

69 Coupe. Blue/blue. All in primer. Just 1 small section needing repair near the hood hinge. The rest of the body is stright. Bumpers need to be rechromed, not rusty just old. Frame is great as are the breaks. Suspension could use new bushings. The interior is gutted. Just the Tilt/Tel Wheel, spedo/Tach and dash cap (no cracks at all) is there. Every thing else is out of the car. Comes with new carpet, door panels and seat/head rest covers. All other parts are there. $speed with a hurst shifter. Missing original shifter. Missing original radio. Has an LT1 hood. Has a 1970 LT1 engine with headers. After market intake and carb, comes with the original LT1 intake. Runs okay. Originally came with a 350/350. Has rally wheels with caps and trim rings. Missing the wiper door actuator and most of the vacume lines. The head lights are in the UP position. NO PS/PB spair tire carrier or jack. What should I offer? Let me know what you think.

Thanks

I have no idea what it would be worth.

I just know that I wouldn't pay any more than about $6000 for it.

It could be worth $15,000 or $11,500 as is, I don't know. I just know what I would pay.

I doubt that it's a '70 LT-1 engine. I think they ony produced 1,287 LT-1's out of a total production run of 17,000 in 1970.

It really is a LT1. I checked the block and head numbers. It also has the intake and the hood from the donor car.
