I removed the trans pan and drained the fluid. There are 13 bolts total and 2 of them are slightly longer with washers and 2 more are longer than those with washers. I failed to label them when I removed them due to the mess that I was dealing with while draining the fluid, etc. I know that 2 of the longer bolts go to the trans shift cable bracket and the other 2 longer bolts will go to the ignition lockout cable bracket but which ones go where? Does anyone have a diagram or illustration? The AIM was no help.
One thing you can do while the pan is off is put some of the bolts back in and bottom them out by hand, no wrench. Note which holes are deepest / shallowest. Then draw your findings on paper so everything makes sense with the bracket locations.

Here are a couple of pictures of a Turbo 400 behind an LS3 in a 2010 Camaro. These may give you an idea of where the brackets typically bolt on a Turbo400.
The longer bolts go through the shift cable bracket and the steering column lock cable bracket. The longer bolts go through the steering column lock bracket on the front/left corner of the pan.
Here is some pics of mine from this weekend so you can see the bracket locations:
