Default Water pump mod
I bought a LS1 and 4L60E from a 1998 Firebird that I want to put in my C3. I'm working on getting it ready to go in and I'm trying to do the water pump mod but I can't get the heater hose pipes out of the water pump. How is that done?

Pliars and wiggling. Maybe a tap from a hammer. I've done it on 3 pumps, no problems.
