Uncsrew the antenna mast
Unscrew the round nut holding the base up and it will drop out the bottom. If it doesn't, leave it
Climb underneath and you'll see the big sheetmetal grounding support plate.
Unscrew the ground strap so you can clean it
Pull the antenna down through the hole and the plate should come down too.
The antenna cable should unbolt or uncrewed from the base. clean everything so you get a good ground.
