most of us would get an iron plug from the hardware store. im sure theres a fancy device for this applications somewhere but since your tubes are not powder coated or chromed a simple 2 dollar black iron pipe plug would work, I would just be sure to use a bit of antisieze in case u ever want to change it.

I will try to remember to look tomorrow at my removed AIR inlet tubes. I agree with Sambrand to just use a generic hardware store plug (pipe thread?) ....but if I remember to look tomorrow it may be the same size as an O2 sensor hole.
And I would not skimp on the use of anti-seize.
