Rebuilding my window regular and broken spring. Will have to grind off the old rollers and wondering what you guys use to set the rivets. Found this set on Northern, but seems a bit over kill. Riveter
If you are talking about the white rollers that ride in the glass track then you could use a dimple bit to install new ones. The new roller install is very soft and requires a bit that has a dimple that goes inside the center and allows the outer edge to peen over the rest of the rivet. I use the rivet gun set at a very low impact but you could also use just the bit and a hammer on a hard surface.

A hammer and an appropriately sized center punch gives more control and works great.
On the manual regulators, when replacing the large gear on the regulator arms, there are no center pivots available, gears yes but no center pivots (big rivet with a slot for the spring) I carefully got one off and took to the local machine shop and had a few made, wasted one learning how to put them back together.
