Shipping to Slovenia from the U.S. is crazy expensive. Don't even bother with the 113 heads in C4 section. Buy something form an EU based company website. Amazon.it has Edelbrock heads starting around 850 euros each.
Dang.... never stopped to think about tariffs the other way.. I ship to Russia a few times a year cheaply. there are companies that purchase a cargo container load it up and ship it once it is full, shows up in Russia on there end then put in regular Russian post.. fairly cheap, but 2 months delivery time..
$800 you cant go wrong. Honest seller, hes been around a long time. Id use these in a hot second over some overseas junk.
Looks like your wants wiht costs shipping prohibit you from doing better than some cheap chinese ebay heads
Id say grab these as quick as you can. Nothing to do excpet put them on. Cost a lot more than hes asking to do all this
You can make an easy 400+hp with these and keep good manners. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...113-heads.html
One problem with these heads is the poor chamber design. these are very much like all the OEM chevy head chambers. No swirl, no fast burn, lots of residual exhaust gas.

Ever thought of modernizing? You can pick up LS - based vortec 5.3 liter engines all day long at the junk yard for 5-600 bucks, they make more horsepower stock than your L48 will even with that cam, and they last forever. They even have kits to convert them to carburetor induction if you like going old school. Cleetus McFarland's Leroy is based on a 5.3 truck block and he's running 8's.

I got the 42 in my backyard by the new house... that is not done.. lol as you can see by the walls....
I like the GT40 a lot... but the GT 2008 with the wider body may be the one i choose.. I am going to drive both by the end of the year and decide which one fits me and my wife the best... We are not big people, so the 40 my be fine

He got rid of that old 5.3 motor long ago; he’s got a custom 427 LS block with twin Precision Turbos and is moving to an LSX iron block. His current engine probably is WAY over $40k; hell, just his new intake is over $4,000!
