All those parts on amazon are sent from US!

Dang.... never stopped to think about tariffs the other way.. I ship to Russia a few times a year cheaply. there are companies that purchase a cargo container load it up and ship it once it is full, shows up in Russia on there end then put in regular Russian post.. fairly cheap, but 2 months delivery time..

Id say grab these as quick as you can. Nothing to do excpet put them on. Cost a lot more than hes asking to do all this
You can make an easy 400+hp with these and keep good manners.

One problem with these heads is the poor chamber design. these are very much like all the OEM chevy head chambers. No swirl, no fast burn, lots of residual exhaust gas.

The deal with the wife is... Finish the house first... lol.. But 100% committed to the GT project,,, Goal is 250mph normally aspirated 427... we shall see:-) but I am about a year out still it seems,,, The house became a much bigger project than originally intended..
besides, I need the garage to start the GT-40 project...

Ever thought of modernizing? You can pick up LS - based vortec 5.3 liter engines all day long at the junk yard for 5-600 bucks, they make more horsepower stock than your L48 will even with that cam, and they last forever. They even have kits to convert them to carburetor induction if you like going old school. Cleetus McFarland's Leroy is based on a 5.3 truck block and he's running 8's.

I got the 42 in my backyard by the new house... that is not done.. lol as you can see by the walls....

I like the GT40 a lot... but the GT 2008 with the wider body may be the one i choose.. I am going to drive both by the end of the year and decide which one fits me and my wife the best... We are not big people, so the 40 my be fine

Bought a 2018 T120 triumph bonneville. Right now have ridden it from dallas to san diego going to paint on my cousins boat a few days in mission bay marina. Then i will go up the coast to seatle, then go across the top of the usa canadian border to the northern most point of the east coast bangor main, then will go down the east coast to the southern most tip of florida or the florida keys, then come up and go west along the southern coast to I- 35 in texas then go north to 25 miles north of dallas. My around the perimiter of the usa ride. May sell the triumph when i get home. So what i need you to do pauldana is send me that 292 cu.. Flat head and ill wrap a well made lowered t- bucket around it ti criuse in and say good by to motorcycles.

He got rid of that old 5.3 motor long ago; he’s got a custom 427 LS block with twin Precision Turbos and is moving to an LSX iron block. His current engine probably is WAY over $40k; hell, just his new intake is over $4,000!
